How to connect (you must be rooted/jailbroken)

Android

To connect with an android device you have two options

Hosts editor

1: download an app called hosts editor from the google play store, once opened click "add host" in the top right corner, where it says "ip address" insert the ip of the server you want to connect to and in "hostname" insert "gamea.clashofclans.com", once done click "add hostname" to confirm and save your settings. Open your clash of clans app and you should connect to your desired server.

Root browser

2: you can also edit the hosts file directly using an app such as root browser, using root browser navigate to the "etc" folder and look for a file called "hosts" open it as a text file and on a new line, insert the ip address of the server you want to connect to then after a space insert "gamea.clashofclans.com".open clash of clans and you should connect to your desired server.

IOS

Using a jailbroken ios device download an app called "ifile" from cydia this will let you explore and edit your phones files, once downloaded open ifile and navigate to /etc and look for a file named hosts, open with the text viewer and press edit in the top left corner, add a new line at the bottom of the hosts file and insert the ip of the server you wish to connect to after a space insert "game.clashofclans.com"then presse the return button on the key board . Now open clash of clans and you should connect to your desired server.
